Terms and Conditions



T&C No.1 - ORDER
FW offer 2 types of order, which are:

1.     Pre-Order :  
o    Our main business is based on Pre-Order basis. Pre-Order means, once you place the order and pay the deposit (Refer to T&C No.2) FW will note it as confirmed order (Please allow 24 - 48 hours for us to respond to your order). 
o    After order is confirmed, we will place the order to our supplier and please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from supplier to FW (from the date of order confirmation) subject to custom clearance and public holidays
o    To order, please place it our E-Store and then email to us at faheem.wardrobe@gmail.com 
2.     Ready stock: 
o    Sometimes, we do have ready stock available and we always update the availability status at our Facebook pageE-Store & website. Do explore these sites from time to time to get updated with current stock and shipment update. Be our fan!
T&C No.2 - PAYMENT
1.     Pre-Order: 
o    To confirm your order, customer has to pay the deposit of 50% from FW’s Sale Price. FW will proceed with your order once the deposit payment is done. 
o    For the remaining 50%, should be paid by customer prior to delivery of item (via Gdex (Refer to T&C No.3). If customer prefer for Cash On Delivery (COD), FW can accept the balance payment during COD.
2.     Ready Stock: 
    • Customer has to pay full amount for ready stock item prior to delivery of the item (via Gdex (Refer to T&C No. 3)). If customer prefer for Cash On Delivery (COD), FW can accept the payment during COD.

T&C No.3 - DELIVERY
  1. Pre-Order: 
    • Please allow 2-3 weeks for the ordered item to be arrived to FW subject to custom clearance and public holidays.
    • We will notify customer once we received the item to make the balance payment and to confirm on the delivery details. Item only will be shipped once complete payment received by FW
  2. Ready Stock: 
    • Item only will be shipped once complete payment received by FW
Delivery Method:
  •  All item, will be sealed in a hard box prior to delivery. Delivery only will be done via Gdex. We are not responsible for any loses or damages done during delivery.
  •  Please provide a complete delivery details for the shipment as we are not responsible for the loses of the item during delivery.
  • For COD, our collection center is at DESA COALFIELDS or nearby area. We do provide COD to other area (within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) but it is subject to our availabilty and appointment must be agreed between FW and customer.
T&C No.4 - WARRANTY
Effective 1 February 2012, only ONE package offered with standard international warranty as below:
  1. Medela Freestyle 
    • 1 Year Limited Warranty for Pump(Motor) and 90 days Limited Warranty for Other Parts
  2. Medela Harmony
    • 30 days Limited Warranty for Parts
  3. Philips AVENT Single Electronic 
    • 1 Year Limited Warranty for Pump(Motor) and 30 days Limited Warranty for Other Parts
  4. Philips AVENT Twin Electronic   
    • 1 Year Limited Warranty for Pump(Motor) and 30 days Limited Warranty for Other Parts 
  5. Philips AVENT Manual   
    • 30 days Limited Warranty for Parts 
How to claim warranty?

o  Please notify officially to FW via email on the defect items.
o  Please pack all ORIGINAL set in the package (inclusive original box and all parts) and send it back to FW with our receipt / proof of purchase.
o  Please allow us to check on the defects in 1-2 weeks time.
o  Should the item have to be rectify and send back to factory, FW need to send the package to the country of origin; processing time depending on the defects problems
o  Once ready, we will notify you officially for delivery.
o  All cost shall be under FW’s cost.

Notes:
  1. The warranty is valid only for damage due to manufacturer defect. If the damage caused by negligence of the customer, warranty claim will not be entertained.
  2. We will provide a loan for breast pump during the period of warranty claim process and it is subject to breast pump availability.
  3.  * All Breast pumps products were imported from UK/US and warranty claim should be made through the country of origin.
